Our Company

We started managing community associations April 1, 1985, over 30 years in business.  We still manage the first client that signed with us on April 1, 1985.  While other companies have come and gone, Management Professionals Inc. has continued to be a cornerstone that Association Boards turn to for assistance, guidance, and timely support.

Our firm is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), one of a select few in the Greater Los Angeles area.   AAMC is the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field. Our firm is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) as are all managers and the CEO.  The CEO is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).  Our company prioritizes education for all of our employees to ensure that our staff is highly knowledgeable in all areas that may affect our clients.   


We provide financial services to over 150 associations, including many high-rise communities with staff. We also provide additional full service management services to select communities under the name Management Professionals. Our business partners provide full service management to the remaining communities.  We manage Common Interest Developments, Condominium Homeowner Associations, Planned Unit Developments and Stock Cooperatives.  We are equipped to provide individualized professional management to any association, big or small, with services ranging from full comprehensive management, to financial management to consultation only.
