MPI is a team of professional, highly creative individuals dedicated to helping community associations maintain property values through proper application of industry standards. Our clients are of the upmost importance to our company and we strive to demonstrate this in every aspect of our managing model. We are committed to providing professional guidance that is honest, responsive, knowledgeable and fair and have developed a reputation for honesty, ethics, knowledge, education and values. We recognize the value in developing individual relationships with our clients and seek to always be courteous, accessible and emphatic. Our goal is to exceed our client’s expectations by giving them the best we can, every day.


Unlike many other property management companies, MPI is dedicated to solely managing Common Interest Developments. Due to our efforts of being strictly invested into HOA management, we are very knowledgeable about the unique needs of every type of association regardless of size or structure.

The CEO and all managing agents are members of Community Association Institute (CAI) and the CEO is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). CAI and CACM offer educational opportunities to managers, board members and owners and are fantastic resources. We utilize these resources whenever possible and encourage our clients to do the same.

MPI is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC), one of a select few in the Greater Los Angeles area. AAMC is the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.

We provide financial services to over 150 associations, including many high-rise communities with staff. We also provide additional full service management services to select communities under the name Management Professionals. Our business partners provide full service management to the remaining communities.

Our company is very active in both CAI and CACM. We urge all employees to pursue, acquire and maintain all professional educational designations that are applicable to them. Our commitment to education ensures that we are knowledgeable in all aspects of community association management, such as governing documents, the Davis-Stirling Act, vendor relations, maintaining homeowner relations and much, much more. We know the sources of industry knowledge and recommend those sources whenever possible in order to broaden our client’s information.
